Common questions

How Fast We Get to You

Do you work weekends and public holidays?

Every single day of the year, Christmas included. The rate stays flat no matter what's on the calendar, and someone genuine picks up rather than a machine.

How do I book?

Call (02) 9073 7962 and describe what's happening. A licensed plumber gets moving from there, or use the contact page if you'd rather type the details out first.

What happens after I call?

We take down the problem, dispatch a licensed plumber, and they assess the job on site. You hear the cost before anything starts, and the work begins once you've agreed to it.

What actually qualifies as an emergency call?

Ask whether it'll still be a problem tomorrow. Flooding, a backed-up toilet, no hot water before a workday, or any gas smell: all four say call now, not later.

Common questions

Pricing, Straight Up

Do you charge a call-out fee?

No. The visit itself is always free, and that stands regardless of what you decide once you've seen the quote.

What does the $65 off your first service cover?

New customers save $65 on their first booking, deducted straight off whatever the job ends up costing.

How does your upfront fixed pricing work?

On arrival, we assess what's actually needed and put a single figure to it. Nothing changes about that figure once you've said go ahead.

Does the price change once you start?

No. Whatever's confirmed with you before we start is the amount on the final bill. If something genuinely different is found partway through, we pause and requote before touching it.

Common questions

Local Answers for Guildford

How local are you, really?

Guildford is where we're regularly on the tools, not a suburb we occasionally pass through. Streets around McCredie Park and Guildford Road are familiar territory, along with quieter local spots like Campbell Hill Pioneer Reserve and Woodville Public Golf Course.

What suburbs do you service around Guildford?

Merrylands, Granville, South Granville, Fairfield and Greystanes, all worked on the same run and the same pricing as Guildford itself.

Do you take on local new builds and renovation work?

Yes, alongside emergency callouts. Federation-era homes being renovated often turn up original pipework that needs upgrading as part of the job, and once the leaves start dropping each year we see a fair few gutter and drain callouts too.

Do you cover the suburbs next to Guildford?

Yes, all five neighbouring suburbs are part of our regular coverage, not an occasional stretch.

Common questions

Licensed, Insured and Done Properly

Who is responsible for a blocked sewer, me or Sydney Water?

The dividing line sits at the property's connection point. Your pipework runs from the house up to that point; beyond it, Sydney Water owns the line and the responsibility that comes with it.

What is your lifetime labour warranty?

Every repair we complete is backed by an unconditional guarantee on the labour, for as long as you're in the property. It's not tied to a time limit or a set of conditions.

Can you check my licence number?

Yes, our NSW plumbing licence is #465156C. The register at verify.licence.nsw.gov.au lets you look it up yourself, before or after we've been out.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes on both counts. Insurance covers the business itself, and each tradie carries their own current plumbing licence, with a gas fitting ticket added where the job needs one.
